+ WHY SHOULD I OUTSOURCE MY EDITING?
When you don’t outsource, you spend countless hours editing. That’s time you could be meeting with a client, getting to know other vendors, building a relationship with a wedding planner, or spending time with family and friends.
When you do outsource though, you can triple your annual income. You get more time to spend with your family and growing your business. Finally, you’ll get to spend more time shooting instead of editing – because at your core, you are a photographer.
+ WHAT EXACTLY DO YOU EDIT ON PHOTOS?
We edit temperature + tint / exposure / colors / contrast / highlights + shadows / noise + sharpness / lens correction for every image.
We don't do any extensive HSL editing or retouching.
+ WHAT PRESETS DO YOU USE?
We have Mastin, Noble, Kindred, Refined, Goodlight (incl. Eric McVey) and Jose Villa's DVLOP presets as well as The Archetype Process profiles (former C1ick profiles) available.
We can also use your custom presets; simply send them along with your order, and we’ll attach them to your color profile.
+ WILL YOU ALSO EDIT MY FILM SCANS?
We currently only edit digital photos – either by matching them to film scans or making them look like film.
If you’re not happy with the scans that you get back from your lab and you end up editing them yourself, then we suggest talking to your lab about your color preferences so that they can deliver the results you’d like.
+ DO I HAVE TO SUBMIT MY COLOR PREFERENCES TO YOU?
If you’re a hybrid photographer, no; we will use your film scans as references.
If you’re a digital-only photographer, please send some reference images or pre-edits along with your order.
+ CAN I ALSO SEND YOU DIGITAL-ONLY ORDERS?

+ DO YOU ALSO OFFER CROPPING / STRAIGHTENING?

+ DO YOU ALSO OFFER BLACK AND WHITE EDITING?
Yes, we do!
Simply provide us with some black and white film scans and ask us to match some of your digitals to them, or send us a few reference images and let us know what percentage of photos you usually convert to black and white.
+ DO YOU WORK WITH HYBRID PHOTOGRAPHERS WORLDWIDE?

+ I ONLY NEED A SMALL NUMBER OF PHOTOS TO BE EDITED. HOW WILL YOU CHARGE ME?
Our minimum order size is 50 images. You can send less than that but you'll still be charged for 50 photos.
+ HOW DO I KNOW YOU'VE RECEIVED MY FILES?
Generally speaking, if you have received an invoice, we have received your images. If you have not received an invoice within 24 hours of submitting your order, we will definitely follow-up, but regardless please try re-uploading your images.
